Valet Service FAQ

  1. DO I GET AN INVOICE?
    Yes. All returned orders will have an itemized invoice on the front left side of each order
  2. WHERE ARE MY CLOTHES SENT TO BE CLEANED?
    We process all garments here at our facility in Metairie. If you missed your pick-up or need rush service, stop in to see us. Locations & Hours
  3. WHAT TIME WILL THE DRIVER ARRIVE?
    Our drivers are trained and expected to he punctual, efficient and accurate. Once you are placed in the route, you can expect your pick-up and delivery time to be within 45 minutes of that designation each day, unless extenuating circumstances prevail.
  4. WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL MY GARMENTS BACK?
    With the exception of alterations, households, special handling requirements, wedding gowns, and leather cleaning, you should expect all garments to be returned to you on your next delivery day. Please confirm your order on the day of your delivery. If there is a discrepancy, call us immediately.
  5. WHAT IF DID NOT GET A PICK-UP?
    Call us. There may be a problem i.e. locked gate, loose dog, or closed road. We will make a special pick up if you did not get yours as scheduled.
  6. DO YOU STILL DO PICK-UP AND DELIVERY WHEN RAIN IS FORECAST?
    Absolutely! One will provide a hook to be placed on a porch or in a covered area for the garments to be hung. Also remember to hang your clothes to be cleaned from the same hook. Do not place the bag on the ground, If there is a chance of rain wetting your garments, please first place them inside a plastic bag then into your express bag.
  7. WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE CLEANING EVERY VISIT?
    No problem. The driver will continue to check for a pick-up or you can be a "will call" customer and call us one day prior to your scheduled pick-up day.
  8. DOES ONE RECYCLE HANGERS AND PLASTIC BAGS?
    Yes. Simply place them next to your pick-up bag.
  9. HOW DO YOU BILL ME?
    We charge your credit card on approximately the 25th of each month for that month's charges, An account summary should arrive in the mail around the first of the following month. If you have a question about any transaction, feel free to contact us.
  10. CAN YOU DO MINOR GARMENT REPAIRS?
    Absolutely, we always return your items "ready to wear."
